  • Current shipping is WORLDWIDE at their according rates. Pricing will reflect current postage pricing for each carrier.

    Please check the address before completing your order. Shipping info that has been entered upon checkout cannot be altered.

    Once the package is in the hands of the mail carrier, Coqui Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging, but may try to replace the item if still available.

    Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking please contact us with your order #.

  • Due to the nature of our products being custom made and in limited quantities we do not offer any type of warranty.

    De-lamination and separation can occur due to usage.

  • We expect shipping prices to increase between November 20th and January 20th. As a result of the price increases, Coqui Creations tries to match pricing with shipping services.

    During the holiday season, delays are expected. Please be assured that we will take every measure to ensure that items are personally dropped off.

    You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions, but understand that we can only do so much. We try to ensure that everyone receives and is happy with every item purchased once released to mail carriers.
